Serviced Accommodation (UK) Ltd offers quality serviced apartments in Richmond, South West London. The Richmond area is beautiful and is well known for its tranquil surroundings, but with the added bonus of having excellent transport links into the City. Our apartments are selected based on their locations and proximity to local amenities, as well as the available living space.
Our apartments provide guests with more of a home feel, than the usual hotel accommodation. Business travellers in particular, can appreciate a home-from-home environment offering maximum flexibility, privacy and independence.

We have a small team running our operations, so from your initial enquiry, through to your stay, you will always have someone on hand for any queries. All of our bookings are managed by ourselves, from the reservation, to the property management and cleaning services
On arriving at your apartment, one of our team will greet you and show you around. Here we will familiarise you with your new apartment, we talk through everything from how to use the heating, to wifi codes and other general information. We welcome you to ask as many questions as you like, but if you forget anything, we always leave you with our contact details. Of course we will do our upmost to ensure you are as comfortable and settled in your new home as possible.
The booking process

We can advise you on availability, specific apartment features, minimum stays or suggest a more suitable option for you. All bookings are confirmed in writing via email. You will get a confirmation letter along with the terms and conditions. Payment is taken in advance of your arrival, or if you are staying for a longer period with us, we invoice 30 days at a time. On check in, we will take your card details, just in case of any accidental damage (we don’t mind if you break a glass!) Any card details will be disposed of correctly after your departure.
If your plans change and you need to stay longer, we are always happy to extend your stay for you, as long as we have the availability to do so.
Each of our apartments are fully kitted out for our guests to move straight in. Utilities, wifi and parking are all included as standard. Kitchens are fully stocked with utensils, crockery and cook wear. Beds are made up with crisp white linen and towels are supplied as standard. Our rates also include a weekly maid’s service and linen change.
